Part of my love of creative gift giving was instilled in me as a child. For as long as I can remember, my family has always put clues or hints on gift tags. Gifts had an extra dimension of fun when we were guessing what was inside from the clue. I'm so thrilled that this tradition has managed to be important to my children. The other night, my son gave his friend a set of three Star Wars books. (Yes, every boy I know is still a huge Star Wars fan....every little boy and every boy not so little) He struggled with what to write on the tag for awhile. We played with each title and with the story lines, but here is what he settled on.......
"burning gaseous sphere conflict".
Maybe instead of wanting to be a doctor or a lawyer, he'll want to take over the family business. I thought it was brilliant....what do you think?
